The word limit Zillow imposes won't allow me to fully quantify the amount of help Marisa has given us. From the first moment I spoke with her, she has been a great listener, completely understanding what we wanted in a house. She's been a hard worker - whatever we asked her to do, she either took care of it herself or hired a competent person to complete the task. For example, she was able to get a carpet installer into our new house and the carpet installed in 5 days - and this was Christmas week! Her knowledge of the area is amazing. Having grown up here, she either knows exactly where to find something or can find out in a hurry. She is also the most positive person I've ever met. I truly believe that so much good has happened for us because of Marisa's can do, manifest attitude. I highly recommend Marisa Rosas. She definitely won't let you down. -
